Attalla residents, if vaccinated for COVID – 19 between August 2, 2021 and October 22, 2021, will be eligible for the $100.00 incentive pay. You must provide proof of residency, (power bill, water bill, tax record ect) to qualify. You will have to bring your COVID – 19 Vaccination Record Card provided to you by your vaccine provider and a vaccination voucher form filled out in order to receive payment. You may pick up a voucher at Attalla City Hall or the following participating vaccine providers, Gadsden City Pharmacy, Etowah Health Dept., Quality of Life, Alaco Pharmacy of Glencoe, Super Bee Pharmacy, Physicians Apothecary, Jerry’s Pharmacy, Walgreen’s in Rainbow City, Rick’s Pharmacy and Corporate Pharmacy. Heritage Day Applications 2021 Are Available

If interested in being a vendor for our annual Heritage Day event, October 16th 2021, please download and fill out the application along with the rules.
