Kenneth Jacobs

Human Resource Manager oversees staffing, strategic planning with upper management, and dealing with employee questions and concerns. He is often the liaison between upper management and all other employees. They play an important role in building and maintaining good employee relations throughout the City. One main reason our City is so special, is we hire amazing people to take care of it.

I am the proud father of three children, Megan, Cecily, Caleb, and the proud grandfather of Millie. I was raised in the Attalla area and a proud graduate of Etowah High School and attended Gadsden State Community College, graduating with an Associate’s Degree. The past fifteen years I have helped coach some wonderful young men in the community of which I live. For thirty years I was employed with UPS, fifteen years as a delivery driver and fifteen in a management position. I have served in the ministry for twenty eight years and am presently pastor at Pine Grove Baptist Church in Glencoe Alabama
