Police Department

The City of Attalla Police Department is primarily charged with the preservation of peace and order in the City of Attalla, the enforcement of all criminal ordinances and the laws of the City of Attalla, State of Alabama and the United States. Attalla Police Department is responsive to and aware of the changing needs of our citizens. Our specific responsibilities include but are not limited to, the protection of life and property, the prevention of crime, the repression and investigation of crime, the apprehension of criminal offenders, the recovery of stolen property and the regulation of non-criminal conduct.
